Return and Exchange
You are required to examine the goods upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages. If any product is found to be expired, missing, incorrect or damaged inside after receiving the delivery claims for return (if any) must be lodged to our customer service by email email@example.com or call us at +65 6819 0488 (Mondays – Fridays, 9am to 5pm, except public holidays) within the next 7 working days from the date of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claims.
Return of products can be arranged for the following reason and a one to one exchange will be arranged for this.
- If the product is expired / incorrect/ damaged, in its original packaging upon delivered.
Alpha Pioneer Enterprises reserve the rights to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used product. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item will be deducted from the refund.
We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason or any other reasons which caused an order not able to be fulfilled. We will notify you if this is the case.
All cancellation of orders will be refunded to the customer via the payment mode they have made the purchase on the website. Products are refunded at the prices stated on the order confirmation.
